We will be making the following changes to our benefits effective January 1st, 2026​

Our Primary Preferred Provider Network is with Allied Benefits, Inc. ​​​​

​

Dental and vision benefits will be renewed through Delta Dental of Arizona.​

​

Basic Life/ AD&D, STD, and Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance will be renewed through The Lincoln Financial Group at NO COST.
